The practice

You lie down, close your eyes, and breathe.

The breath is a continuous circle through an open mouth, with no pauses between breaths. It takes about two minutes to learn, and the voice teaches you before anything begins.

Breathing this way can shift your state in a real way. People feel waves of energy and emotion, deep stillness, and sometimes the sense of having set something down. Every session ends with a long, quiet rest.

Safety

Strong breathing asks a lot of the body.

Turiyo starts with a plain safety checklist. If certain conditions apply, the app will point you to a trained facilitator instead of letting you practice alone.

Every session opens with a short care card, and one button called Ease Off is always on screen. Tap it once and everything softens into gentle nose breathing. Tap it again and the session ends kindly.

Turiyo is a wellness practice. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition.
